Welcome on chafikhnini.com. This website is the main communication support for my small business that I created, that allows me to offer my services in website and software conception and development.

Firstable, you may ask yourself : "Why is he creating a website in French and English ?". The answer to this question is very simple : I am currently in 4^th year of 5 in a French Engineer school and I want to realize my 5^th year's 6-month internship (from January 2012 to July 2012) in the USA or Australia, so if I want to be accepted as intern in a company overthere (small companies like Google, Facebook, Apple, Yahoo, Microsoft :)), I need to show my work in English too even if my English is not the best English ever.

The website is currently in version 1.0, tons of features are planned for version 2.0. These new features which will come out regularly will improve it and make it as complete as possible. Till then, you can visit the pages and modules that have already been created :

Concerning the technology, this website is entirely based on the CakePHP Framework for the code and jQuery for the JavaScript part.
I had a long hesitation when I had to choose between CakePHP and Symfony, but I finally focused my choice on the first one for many reasons : simpler to configure, adapted for small websites (In my opinion, Symfony is considered as a Framework for big websites)...
